facing redundancy living in the south working in the north

Hey guys I am currently facing redundancy in my job, which is in N.Ireland and I having been living in the republic for the last three years. I haven’t been unemployed before and have no idea on what I may be entitled to if anything.

I own my own home but have a mortgage. Recently split with my partner and we have a child together but both live in the north any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
