I have been told that that the above is out dated and the monetary values reflected are incorrect, can you anyone clarify please.
 
I heard this too, and on a news programme - SOR or Drivetime. It related to an increase in the costs of motor insurance because people were going back to using solicitors as the Claims estimations hadn't been updated in an age and people were getting more in court.
 
Interesting, I was just asking recently if they were actually completing the process within the 12 months they say they will.
 
I read something about this a week or two ago. The Book of Quantum, supposedly, does not cover all angles, victims' age etc.

I have a compensation case coming up shortly. It will be interesting to compare the amounts!
 
Yes a solicitor told me this, we felt the amount offered should be more based on what is on the injuries board say. Just confused now.
