Really annoyed about this - I got one of these bags in Wednesday, and having seen the documentary about how many of these collections are bogus - and having quite a lot of stuff to get rid of - decided this was a good idea. Checked was registered etc.
So I filled five bags and left them outside as directed - all good quality, some just drycleaned, others still with tags on - before 7.30am as required last Weds.
Was off work so rang at 10.30 (this was time on leaflet) to ask where driver was - oh back at base...he would call Thursday...no call...called again Friday...no pickup...now I have bags with rainwater all over them, with a good 4k worth of clothes in them.
I chose this charity because I thought it was reputable Irish charity, now stuff just fit for the bin.
Shame on you.
