Dublin Solicitor for selling apartment

Hi

Can anyone recommend solicitor for selling apartment. Ideally dublin 2/4/6/8 as close to home/work.

Got quote today from one for 1500 plus vat plus outlay and then another 400 plus vat for getting documents from my management company. The same firm quoted 1300 plus vat plus outlay for friend's house sale...so 600 plus vat more for apt? Seems very arbitrary..I have queried this am awaiting response.

Appreciate cheapest isn't best and worth of mouth and reputation important but so is value for money.
