Drip from shower head

I have a wall-mounted electric pumped shower (pump only, no electric heating). Yesterday a constant drip started from the shower head which I presume means it has sprung a leak inside the pump unit somewhere. Any idea if this is "user serviceable", and if not who'd be able to fix it or does it need replacing. It's around ten years old.

We sorted our drip by replacing the solenoid valve that controls the water flow when you press the on/off switch. They fail over time. A quick fix once you locate the right part for your model.
