Difference in net monthly salary by switching tax bands/credits between spouses?

My husband took all my credits and bands a few years ago when I was taking unpaid leave and we have never bothered changing it. By all I mean whatever it was possible to transfer between spouses. He is now being made redundant so we are going to switch both my own and his credits and bands back to me.

Is there a way to calculate the difference it will make to my monthly salary?

My spreadsheet [Excel 2007 version is best] should be OK for this- it allows you to change your tax credits/ SRCOP mid year and calculates the revised net pay you'll earn going forward.
