difference betw f/t and p/t: will I be Paid

I'm going on Maternity leave this summer from a part-time position. My employers will pay my normal salary minus the deduction for State Mat benefit.

For two months of the year I work full time. Will my employers pay the full-time salary for these months even though I am on leave or is it unreasonable to think they might?

This is something you will have to discuss with your employer or is there anything in your contract that covers it. There is no statutory requirement on your employer to pay you while on maternity leave so its about discussion or contract
