I have a shared inheritance of house on 2 acres of land at edge of a village. We believe it could be sold for development. What do you think is the best way to go about selling it. Should we a) have a development plan drawn up and submitted for planning permission and sell it with full planning (if we are lucky) b) sell by public auction or c) sell in the normal way. (The plan would cost quite alot) Any ideas?
