Dental work abroad + Med2

Hi there,

Does anyone know if dental work done outside RoI (either in Budapest or in Newry) can qualify for Med2 relief?

As far as I know qualifying MED1/2 expenses incurred abroad do qualify for relief. Not sure how you deal with the MED2 form which normally requires the Irish dentist to sign off on. I think this issue might be covered in another thread. Try searching.

Yes it does qualify, just get Dentist to fill Med 2 for you as you would Irish Dentist
