Hi
Like many I booked and paid for my hotel with lowcostholidays using my visa debit card.
I am trying a chargeback now with the bank.
It seems a very grey area/nothing concrete to say in Ireland that a Visa debit card will guarantee me a refund.
What is the stance on it ?
I am with permanent TSB and it looks like their terms and conditions say they will only refund the money if they get it from the merchant , which in this case is lowcost holidays, I don't think they will be refunding.
Any help appreciated ?
