I'm looking for some general advice regarding my pension and AVC's
I am 49 and have a DB pension that at retirement age will amount to 31K Euro p.a. (after 33.5 years of contributions by my employer and I)
If my service terminated in January 2017, the deferred benefit would be 17K p.a.
I have AVC's of 6K built up and I guess my question is what should I do at this stage? Build the AVC's as much as possible, within reason, as I am not Mortgage free! I work in IT and most don't stay around until 65 (for one reason or another!), so just looking for some advice at this stage to plan! Any help much appreciated....
