Damp Check Report

I own a ground floor apartment in town and often seen that one end of walls gets cold and damp. I checked with property management and they say's it's not their problem and I find it hard to believe that.

So I want to get it check with some surveyor and present report so check who's responsible to get it fixed?


Can ya suggest any surveyor?
