Current Acc Mortgage plus low LTV

Hi All,

I have a mortgage amount of 180,000 with a LTV of 45%. Based on this mortage criteria is there any mortgage company in Ireland that will offer a current account mortgage with an interest rate of 0.5% above the ECB rate. I'm thinking along the lines of the recent NIB mortgage offer for low LTV mortgages, I just want to know do they / someone else combine this with a current account mortgage?

Again any help would be appreciated.
 
Hi there,
Bank of Scotland do and I think ICC (a subsidary of BOI) also do.
YOu would really need to get to a good broker to confirm both of these.

BTW - not in financial industry myself - have recently hooked up with a broker to find out the same for ourselves.
