Credit for Ukrainian national to purchase a car while on social welfare.

Hello I have a Ukrainian national living close by. She has about 4k deposit to spend on car purchase. She is on social welfare. Are there any credit options? It seems that she cannot buy a car on credit if she is not employed. Advice appreciated. No judgements please

Servicing debt on SW is extremely difficult & it's not something I would advise.

Having said that the local CU might be the best bet; though they often want to see a pattern (6 months?) of savings before lending.

I thought the credit union does loans for unemployed people too a certain limit.
