cost of filling Form 11 and CRO annual returns?

Hi,

I've a limited company and engaged an accountant firm to do the following:

* Prepare from the information and explanations provided by you, your returns together with any supporting schedules.

* Complete other returns reflecting changes in directors, shareholders etc as requested.

* Complete Proprietary Director Tax returns.

There is an annual charge of 900 Euro plus VAT for the services above (only).

What do you think? is it excessive? If so can you recommend someone else to do the same?
I use Collsoft payroll which generates P35 which I'm sure helps.

So to summarise.
- prepare accounts for a 12 month period.
- prepare abridged accounts for submission to the CRO.
- preparation of corporation tax computation and form CT1.
- preparation and submission of form B1.
- preparation and submission of Form 11.

€900 is reasonable.
