Hi All, I have a kitchen extension, ca 12 sqm with a felted flat roof and one skylight. I’d like to replace it with a new (insulated) one, with a slight overhang to facilitate external insulation whenever I can afford it…. So would need new timber frame, etc. How much approximately would such a job cost and can anyone recommend a reliable company? Dublin 12 area
