Condominium in Orlando (Champions Gate/Davenport) advise on best way to rent it?

Hi, this is my first ever question on this site!

We purchased a Condo in Orlando (Champions Gate/Davenport) last year. The developer is leasing it until December of this year.

Can anyone advise me on the best way to rent it out.

Is there a reputable company over there that can be recommended and what are the costs involved.

Appreciate any help on this.

I have a Condominium in Kissimmee and a house in Davenport for the passed eight years. Short term rental has never even come close to covering the mortgage. I found Long term rental with one of the large well established Real estate Companies is the only way to cover costs. even if you have to rent a property when you go out to Orlando it works out more cost effective.
