Company incorporation + Bank account

Can you please someone advice companies that are incorporating companies with guaranteed bank accounts within the EU. In the UK there are more than 50 companies that are incorporating Limited Companies and getting a bank account for just a week. Can u suggest some other destinations other than the UK.
