My father is currently being processed for ward of court. There are 3 people put forward for ward of court committee. Myself, my sister and my fathers friend. My sister who works in a bank has in the past taken money from joint account with my father and put them in her sole name only, hidden financial details etc. I believe she has stolen some of my fathers money and has not given all financial details to the solicitor for ward of court. I have had no choice but to report her to the Gardaí to have the matter investigated fully.
My question is does anyone know that if the guards deem there is enough evidence to have my sister investigated for financial abuse can she be disqualified from being a ward of court committee member? Thanks
