claiming tax back on apartment managment fees

hi there,
Im buying an apartment through affordable housing and have been told the apartment managment fees will be 1800 per year. Does anyone know if i can claim tax back on this and if so what form would i use.

You can claim for tax relief on the portion that relates to refuse collection.

As far as i know you can actually claim tax back on the full fee itself not just the part that related to refuse. I remember seeing it in the budget. Try the Revenue online service and see if there is a form.

I find that extremely difficult to believe. As far as I know relief on only the portion attributable to certain services is available.

If it is for an owner occupier, you can only claim for refuse collection.

Investors may well be able to claim for the full fee.
