I am involved in business planning for a new business in the Childrens Entertainment arena. I have the following questions:
1) When utilising a commercial premises for something of this nature what kind of health and safety measures need to be implemented? Is there some kind of consultancy that specialises in this? Do the premises need to be inspected and certified by the local authority? If so who is the contact for this?
2) Is there any legislation/ rules that need to be followed in terms of supervision, qualifications of staff etc when running after school or school holiday activities?
Any other info on this type of business would be appreciated.
