Charities in Cork that collect furniture??

Hi there,

Does anyone know any charities that would collect furniture in Cork city? Its a bit of a long story but there is a cooker and fridge in a house in Cork waiting for me to collect it and now I cant, (I live in Dublin). They are second hand but both work and will need to be moved soon. I was hoping that I might call the Vincent De Paul or some other organisation to donate them to someone that could use them...but they would have to be able to collect them from the house. Any ideas?
 
The VdP will only accept them if they are delivered to them, and are in perfect condition. Maybe if you ring them, or Oxfam (who do take second hand furniture) they might be able to point you in the direction of someone who will take them. Otherwise, advertise them as free to take away in a local newsletter maybe?
