Can someone offer some clarification on this scenario below please - I'm not looking for debt advise just clarity on what is reported / not reported to CCR

Had a Sole trader business way back in 08/09 business fell off a cliff - 2012/2013 entered into an agreement with BOI had 3 accounts included in the agreement

1) Current account over draft - reported on CCR as overdraft cancelled
2) Term Loan - reported on CCR as N/A same as other performing loan (mortgage)
3) Term Loan - Not reported on CCR.

I have a letter from BOI to state that "due to a technical error we incorrectly reported information about your account to the CCR between X & Y dates and was corrected on Z date. As the CCR launched on 30th March 2018 information about your account should not have been submitted to the CCR or included on your CCR credit report" - this relates to no3.

My question is should 1 & 2 be included or not on my CCR?
