Can we claim fuel allowance?

Hi i've checked the citizen's advice link and not sure if we can claim fuel allowance.

DH is on JB, I'm currently working on a contract that has just 4 weeks left at which stage I will then have to sign back on for JB.

Can DH claim fuel allowance now whilst I'm working or can we claim it when I sign back on in 4 weeks time.

No - it's not payable to those on Jobseeker's Benefit.
