can u just walk into the tax office in Tallaght to get a HPL1 form stamped or not?

Does anyone know if you can just walk into the tax office in Tallaght to get a HPL1 form stamped or is it not a walk in office???

PLus excat location - I have a rough idea but not exact.

You can indeed walk into the Revenue building there and get it stamped.

I hear there's usually long queues but I went up on a Monday afternoon and the place was empty. In and out in a minute.

You could say it's part of the square, but it's not really! It's close enough to the Garda Station exit, when you come to the roundabout there take a look up to the 2nd floor. You should see a sign for it on the wall. It's close enough to argos too.

24. What is a HPL1 Form?
Answer
This form confirms that an applicant has not previously claimed income interest relief in
respect of interest paid or money borrowed to purchase or build a dwelling. The form
should be completed by the Revenue Commissioners and returned with your (AH)
application.
