A few days back, when I went to my dentist for extracting a tooth, he extracted the wrong tooth. When I asked about it, he said, he will extract the right tooth without charge, but won’t give any compensation. I am so angry at him as I lost a good tooth for no reason. I want to proceed with a medical malpractice case. Is it a right thing to do? Can anyone give any advice on it?

is this a genuine query or just an add for S&R ?
If genuine then I would ask the dentist to replace the tooth FOC and see what he says.
