I am due to retire in December 2004 at 65.My pension arrangement is a defined benefit arrangement.I have worked the same company for 36 years and never had a contract. Can I get my pension and continue working with the same company, if the company said no that I would have to go at 65 would I be entitled to my redundancy.

If your employer wants you to retire at 65, you are obliged to do so. You are not entitled to redundancy at 65.

You can certainly continue working with another employer while you are receiving a pension. I don't see any reason why you can't continue working for your current employer.
