I recently decided to purchase my AH Loan. I got a redemtion figure of 116K euro and I think 50k for the land which is a total figure of 166k but all the sites that I put this figure into come up with a monthly amount far more than what I am paying now. Im wondering if it is worth my while to change to a main bank mortgage. I have genuine reasons to buy it out.
