Broadband To Go In Spain

I owe a house in Benalmadena Malaga Spain. While I have a phone line and internet broadband with Telefonica De Espana, i am finding it very expensive. As i am only in my house about 6 times per year, each time for a forthnite only. Can anybody advise if I can broadband to go, and use it as i need only. I would then diconnect my telephone line.
