Bord Gais -10% Discount only for new customers

This offer is only open to new customers. I am an existing customer and have been told that I am not entitled to this offer. How do I get round this one? I did ask if I leave and return am I considered a new customer but I was told that my details will be on file and this is not am option.??

So the 10% discount isn't available to you. Steiner suggested leaving BG completely and moving to another supplier, unless you are already on the cheapest deal available to you.

You have already answered your own question, how do you get around it? You don't.

Have you a partner?? if yes then leave them and get him/her to apply for you instead.

This. Move to esb for a week then back ot BG in partner's name

I think all the suppliers have cottoned on to this and lock you into a contract.
