Does anyone think or know if BOI might look again at the 5 year restriction on the Tracker mover product. I believe AIB, EBS and PTSB allow these to run out over the remaining term of the mortgage ?
In the current environment where there is a lot of focus on mortgage rates and housing issues, if BOI removed this restriction, it might encourage a lot of home owners in NE but who want to move to sell up and not lose the tracker rate after 5 years.
