When sending the printed documents to revenue, don't include page 4. I firstly included page 4 and revenue mistakenly stamped the section on this page which is for the attention of Latvian revenue.
They did not stamp the relevant Irish revenue section which is on page 3.
 
Hey. Did they request this near the end of term? I have deposits maturing with them around Feb. Some of these accounts have more work than others.
 
One cert covers all accounts. They don't request the cert. It is up to the depositer to decide if they want to submit one. I have my account through Raisin. I don't know what happens if you dealt directly with BluOr.
