Best regular savings account? AngloIrish?

Hi All,
I'm going to start a regular saver account. I have been advised that AngloIrish Bank are a good option. They say it is a 7% interest and one of the terms is:

"Early withdrawals will result in your account being closed and the balance transferred to our Easy Access Account".

does this mean that if i take it out in a year and a half i will get no interest at all or i will get the only get the guaranteed minimum of 4.5%?

You will get the full interest that has been accumulated up to that point, but from then on you will receive the easy access rate (4.5%) as it will cease to be a RSA.
