Best Option for Savings and Deposits

Does anyone know what is the best option for investing or saving money now?
Is there a website availbe which shows a full list and comparision of interest rates, on a daily basis?

At the present it is difficult to know, which is the best and the safest choice to make.

The first question to ask yourself is do you need instant access to the money or can you lock your money in a term deposit for some time?

I supppose the budget might cause rates to change, next week.
