The part of business that I am working in is being transferred to another company and I have been offered a transfer. The job I am moving to has the same terms and conditions but the job is different.
I have requested redundancy. I have been offered statutory redundancy but I know that previously people have been offered considerably more.
I have said this to my boss and he now says that it is not redundancy although he sent me an email that it was. He says that it is a "package" and that I am required to transfer.
1. How much is a solicitor likely to cost?
2. Can anyone recommend a solicitor (Send me a mail)?
3. What case do I have?
