Barring Password Has Blocked

Dear Sir I Am Using O2 (ireland) Network But Un Fortunately I Entered Wrong Barring Password More Than Three Times So My Barring Password Has Blocked So Now All Out Going Calls Are Barred And When I Entered Barring Password To Deactivate It It Got Message Barring Password Blocked Then I Contacted With O2 Csa He Told Me That U Have To Go To Nokia Shop To Reset Ur Cell But When I Contacted With Nokia Shop They Sais That Its Network Problem Because When I Use Another Sim In This Nokia Mobile That Work Properly But Another Sim Who Has Barred Not Working Any Mobile Plz Help Me Tnx .cheers.
 
You will need to contact O2 Customer Care and ask for your PUK (Personal Unblocking Key). This will allow you reset your PIN. Contact Details (from O2 website) are:
