please could you give me some information on the pros and cons of filing for bankruptcy in the republic of ireland.i am considering the above as i can not fulfil my debts to creditors and the bank who i dedalt with when i was running my business. i need to make a decision as soon as possible as i am getting a lot of pressure off the above people.
