buying car and seller wants to be paid by bank draft.

i am with boi. is this easy to organise? is their a cost?

is this safer for the seller?

Yes. Your personal cheque is only guaranteed for €130?

You need to go to your bank. Ask them for a draft. Pay over the money and they will give you the draft - the banker's cheque.
