Bank loans

Hi, am currently out of work with a bad back and on social welfare benefit and my husband has just been made unemployed we have a big mortgage and 2 boi loans, i was wondering would the boi defer payment for 3 months or could we just pay the interest until we get back on our feet,
any advise much appreicated!!!

No point in wondering - you have no real choice other than to contact some or all of the lenders ASAP and coming to some alternative arrangement if you are in danger of missing repayments imminently. What are the details of your loans (amount, term, rate etc.), the value of your property and your household income from now on?

Will you qualify for FIS? And maybe this scheme? Or others...?
