Hi All,

A few months ago, my hubby was accepted onto the BTWEA scheme, things are really slow at the moment and so to boost the family income I might be able to increase my hours for the next month.

What I would like to know is if I increase my hours, will this affect the JSA payment that we are currently getting and does it affect our medical card?

I just don't want to be in a position whereby I do all these extra hours and then get our JSA reduced.

if you ar lucky enough to have one on offer take it and work? if your benefits are cut that will take into account your earnings? surely you want to work if you can and get off benefits?
