Depends on circumstances;

I have Friends 1st , he owes k22 they will accept k2.

Sounds good BUT this guy has judgments/legal/hassle etc to beat the band.
He has minimal assets so @ K2 Friends 1st can move on.
And he has one monkey off his back !
