Anybody used Expleo (formerly SQS)

I am looking to outsource some IT work and a German company with a presence in Ireland called Expleo was mentioned to me by one of my team as a potential.
I have asked around and I hear that they are a typical consultancy, over-charging and piling in resources unnecessarily.
I know the big players use this tactic, but does anybody have first hand experience of this organisation?
I know little about them and there are mixed reviews on the forums I have looked at.
I would be interested in getting some feedback on them.
 
Yes, good idea.. more looking for feedback on those that have used their services rather than employees but will check that out, thanks!
 
Worked with them in a couple of companies. Their BA's/PM's were really good. Got up to speed quickly and they actually cared which can be rare when dealing with outside resources. It's like every outsourcing arrangement though. It needs to be managed.

Don't know what industry you are in but they are used by a lot of big companies.
