Has anyone any experience in dealing with this firm they are asking for 100% payment upfront. I've undertaken quite a bit of due diligence and it doesn't stack up.
 
Sounds very odd to be paying upfront, although a fair deposit is required as they presumably manufacture to your spec.

If you do pay, pay by credit or debit card and you get some protection.

As an update, we carried out additional due diligence on the company, their accountants and bankers and everything stacked up. Being a gamble we paid them €3k up front and withheld the installation fee of €500. Doors were fitted last week and we're absolutely delighted with the end result. It pays now and again to take an educate gamble.
