I got a letter from AIB this morning informing me that the terms of my AIB Student Mastercard have changed such that, if I carry over a balance one month and then pay it off in full the next month, I'll be charged interest based on the unpaid balance from the previous month. Before, the letter said that AIB would absorb the cost of that interest, but that it won't affect me if I pay my bill in full every month or carry over a balance every month. Did anybody else get something similar to this?
