Advice on finding a pension

My relative is in receipt of a small pension but there is no paperwork to be found at all as to its source. Any advice on where to start the search would be appreciated as relative not well enough to ask.

I presume it's paid directly into her bank account?

What is the narrative on the bank statement?

Every year, the payer should write to her asking her to confirm that she is still alive. So check to see if she got any such letter recently.

You could ask the bank to identify the payer. They probably won't do so for anyone other than the bank account holder, unless you have Power of Attorney.
