Laya Adult Simply Connect Renewal

Its that time of the year again and looking at renewals for parents. Renewals on the 1/12/2016 coming in at:

Laya Simply Connect €1,101.66 per adult

One parent may need a hip replacement, so am conscious of any switch not impinging on continuation of benefit nor any unforseen costs (ie excesses).

Would appreciate any recommendations on cheaper likewise policies...

A very good alternative option worth considering is Laya Simplicity plan, 1087pa.
Lower excess for admissions 100 x 2 max per year. Note; no excess is payable for orthopaedic procedures, hip or knee replacements in private
or hi-tech hospitals.
Full extra cover for a private room in a private hospital included with Simplicity plan.

Other cheaper alternatives would have a higher excess on admission to a private or hi-tech hospital, (not payable for orthopaedic surgery).
