are you legally obliged to disclose known serious faults in a house before you sell it,even though their surveyer didnt spot them.can they come after you later? many thanks
 
By and large, it is a case of Caveat Emptor - let the buyer beware. It can depend on the type of fault, though. If it is CPO's or neighbour disputes, they will become an issue and best to disclose.
