Hey all,

I just have a quick question i was on €40,000 last year as I worked two jobs, but on 1 of my payslips i was on 20% tax and on the other it is 41%. Is this right or should botjh of them be 41%. Thanks a mill, tax just goes way over my head :).

Well €34,000 is taxed at 20% and the balance at 41%. (This is assuming your a single person with no other changes to your standard rate)
After this you deduct your tax credits such as your single tax credit and PAYE credit and any others that apply. You'd have recieved a copy of this from the revenue last year with the details.
