20k defered pension

Hi guys

I have approx 20k sitting in a defered pension scheme from my old employer built up to 2009, since been made redundant from that employer in 2009 I have not been adding to this pension.

Currently I am self employed so what is the best options for me??? should I setup a PRSA? I would only be able to add a small amount every month!!
