I got a new service charge bill recently from Panda with no notification.

That is an option I may have to try if the banking system accepts two iban's for the one payee.
I will sort if out eventually. I am in credit by a few hundred at thr moment.
I always paid my Electric ireland bills through Ptsb where the correct Iban is set up under "pay a bill".
In February I got a letter from Electric Ireland saying they are changing their Iban from old (Aib) to a new Danske bank Iban.
So I went into Ptsb Swords and asked them to change the Iban...
i would disagree about east facing back garden. i find the sun in the morning is great in the kitchen especially during the winter. and we have side windows facing south which also helps.
i think you should go ahead with purchase considering that 11k is not much in the scheme of things
My understanding is that if you spend 600 you get 300 back. If you spend more than 600 you get 300 back. If you spend less than 600 you get 50% of your spend back. 300 is the max that you get back.
